Michael “Mike” Dell Elba
As a New Jersey licensed REALTOR® since 2003, I was previously a Partner & Managing Broker at my family owned Real Estate firm, Full Financial Realty, which had been in business for 30+ years. However, as the Broker of Record's son I had been around this career my entire life. This gave me a ground up real estate experience, from sending mailings, to being the company's listing coordinator & assistant to the Broker, to Managing an entire staff of 20+ agents & brokers, I have been familiar with it all. My background is truly a "cover all" in the real estate industry; I have worked with landscapers, to help create a beautiful curb appeal for the residential homes, while also working for developers in both building homes & in finding the land to actually develop. I also have partnered up in the past to help buy, flip, & rent homes; this is a niche in which I hope to continue to pursue, which gives me an eye for good investment properties.
I love to work with first time home buyers; there is just something about knowing I helped put someone into their first home that excites me. I also enjoy working with previous home buyers/sellers, in fact it motivates me to know that I need to "one up" the previous agent & over deliver the consumers’ expectations. This is something I feel is necessary every time I meet with a potential client, even if they were a previous client of mine.
I am a graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where I pursued my Master in Business Administration (MBA). I also obtained my Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major of Management & a concentration in Marketing/Advertising at Kutztown University. While pursuing my Graduate Degree I held a Graduate Assistantship with Kutztown Small Business Development Center where I conducted Government Procurements; helping small, medium & large business’s get contracts with the government.
The skills & maturity that I have gained through experience have helped me produce my keen business mindset & common sense which allows me to understand & relate to my clients on both a professional and personal level. When you want to feel less like a dollar sign & more like an important client think of me, Mike Dell Elba.
As a Father & Son team with more than 40 years of combined experience and well beyond a 1,000 homes sold in Warren, Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, and Somerset County, NJ as well as Northampton and Lehigh County, PA. We bring two very unique and different approaches to the table allowing us to be more sensitive to the needs of a broader spectrum of consumers from multiple networks. These approaches guarantee satisfaction to both our clients and customers regardless of whether a property is being sold, purchased or rented.
